Enjoy this truly hilarious and literally painful story of a patient and his unusual story of wanting to do the right thing for his family.  It is a rare occurrence that men have an adverse reaction to a vasectomy. Not only did his first one fail, but the second one left him with intermittent pain that went on for years.  Since this kind of outcome is so rare, and lay people and healthcare professionals for the most part are unfamiliar with Pelvic Health Physical Therapy, it may be nearly impossible for patients to be given reasonable healthcare solutions after such an event with horrifying consequences.

My hope in publishing this piece, is that the author write a sequel to this event.  The male population of  those who need pelvic health rehabilitation are hugely under-severed.  We need to spread the word that there is conservative and research based practices that are very effective in treating painful pelvic conditions and loss of function.

Please email me if you have any questions or concerns about what Pelvic Health PT is and is not: integrativebody@gmail.com.
